I did not jump in and loved eating more Vegetables and Fruit. It grew on me over time.... Here is a combination of recipes Vegetable, Fruit and Whole Grain based. Great for embarking on the Daniels Fast or just wanting to go more Vegetarian, Detox or just eating more Healthy and Whole foods. These recipes are gathered from many places, friends, books and some even put together by me in desperation to eat something tasty and healthy. Please feel free to comment and give feedback.

VEGGIE QUESADILLA
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms,
1/3 cup shredded carrots,
1/3 cup chopped broccoli,
2T onion diced,
1T red bell pepper chopped
1t soy sauce,
dash of cayenne pepper,
black pepper and salt to taste,
1/2 cup crumbled tofu,
whole wheat tortilla,
chopped herbs of your choice.
-Fold the fillings into the tortillas and brown in a pan with a little bit of olive oil.
