I did not jump in and loved eating more Vegetables and Fruit. It grew on me over time.... Here is a combination of recipes Vegetable, Fruit and Whole Grain based. Great for embarking on the Daniels Fast or just wanting to go more Vegetarian, Detox or just eating more Healthy and Whole foods. These recipes are gathered from many places, friends, books and some even put together by me in desperation to eat something tasty and healthy. Please feel free to comment and give feedback.

EASTERN VEGETABLES IN WHOLE WHEAT WRAPS
2t sesame oil,
3 onions thinly sliced,
3 cups spinach chopped,
1 red bell pepper sliced,
2 carrots sliced into thin julienne strips,
1 cup mushrooms sliced,
1 cup tofu sliced into cubes,
2t grated ginger,
2 cloves garlic minced,
1T soy sauce
-Stir fry the vegetables and serve hot wrapped in whole wheat tortillas.
