I did not jump in and loved eating more Vegetables and Fruit. It grew on me over time.... Here is a combination of recipes Vegetable, Fruit and Whole Grain based. Great for embarking on the Daniels Fast or just wanting to go more Vegetarian, Detox or just eating more Healthy and Whole foods. These recipes are gathered from many places, friends, books and some even put together by me in desperation to eat something tasty and healthy. Please feel free to comment and give feedback.

STUFFED BAKED BUTTERNUT
Halve the butternut in length and remove pips.
Rub the inside with olive oil and crushed garlic.
Slice mushrooms and peppers, mix with fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper and herbs.
Cover with foil and bake in oven at 180dC for an hour. Remove the covering for the last 10 minutes of the baking time.
