I did not jump in and loved eating more Vegetables and Fruit. It grew on me over time.... Here is a combination of recipes Vegetable, Fruit and Whole Grain based. Great for embarking on the Daniels Fast or just wanting to go more Vegetarian, Detox or just eating more Healthy and Whole foods. These recipes are gathered from many places, friends, books and some even put together by me in desperation to eat something tasty and healthy. Please feel free to comment and give feedback.

COLESLAW
3 cups green cabbage shredded,
2 cups red cabbage shredded,
3 large carrots grated,
green onion stalks chopped finely,
2 celery stalks chopped,
2 red apples diced with skin on,
1/2 cup raisins,
salt and black pepper to taste,
1/2 cup walnuts.
-Mix the salad in a bowl and let it sit for half an hour before serving.
