I did not jump in and loved eating more Vegetables and Fruit. It grew on me over time.... Here is a combination of recipes Vegetable, Fruit and Whole Grain based. Great for embarking on the Daniels Fast or just wanting to go more Vegetarian, Detox or just eating more Healthy and Whole foods. These recipes are gathered from many places, friends, books and some even put together by me in desperation to eat something tasty and healthy. Please feel free to comment and give feedback.

MUSHROOM STEW ON BROWN RICE
250G mushrooms wash and quartered,
1t olive oil,
green onion,
4 tomatoes chopped,
3 red peppers cubed,
2-3 baby marrows or zucchinis sliced,
salt and black pepper to taste.
-Stir fry the mushrooms and peppers in olive oil.
-Add the rest of the ingredients, simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes and serve over brown rice.
