I did not jump in and loved eating more Vegetables and Fruit. It grew on me over time.... Here is a combination of recipes Vegetable, Fruit and Whole Grain based. Great for embarking on the Daniels Fast or just wanting to go more Vegetarian, Detox or just eating more Healthy and Whole foods. These recipes are gathered from many places, friends, books and some even put together by me in desperation to eat something tasty and healthy. Please feel free to comment and give feedback.

TOMATO SALSA
3 large tomatoes chopped,
1/2 cup tomato sauce,
1 red onion minced,
1 clove garlic minced,
1/2 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped,
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice,
salt and pepper to taste.
-Mix together in a bowl and let it sit for about half an hour before serving.
-Serve with bake potatoes, salads or as a pizza sauce.
