I did not jump in and loved eating more Vegetables and Fruit. It grew on me over time.... Here is a combination of recipes Vegetable, Fruit and Whole Grain based. Great for embarking on the Daniels Fast or just wanting to go more Vegetarian, Detox or just eating more Healthy and Whole foods. These recipes are gathered from many places, friends, books and some even put together by me in desperation to eat something tasty and healthy. Please feel free to comment and give feedback.

STUFFED MUSHROOMS
12 large mushrooms,
2 tomatoes chopped finely,
1/2 cup chopped parsley,
1 small onion chopped,
2 cloves garlic minced,
salt and black pepper to taste,
olive oil for basting.
-Baste the mushroom with olive oil on both sides.
-Bake in oven with stem side down for ten minutes.
-Turn over and fill with filling.
-Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
