I did not jump in and loved eating more Vegetables and Fruit. It grew on me over time.... Here is a combination of recipes Vegetable, Fruit and Whole Grain based. Great for embarking on the Daniels Fast or just wanting to go more Vegetarian, Detox or just eating more Healthy and Whole foods. CARROT PINEAPPLE SALAD
8 medium carrots,
1 cup crushed pineapple.
-Finely grate the carrots, stir the pineapple into the salad.
